- In cash, when the parcel reaches you. There is no card or online payment.
- What does delivery cost?
- Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
- Do I need an account?
- No. A mobile number and an address are enough; email is optional. An account keeps your addresses and past orders.
- How do I follow my order?
- On the Track order page, with your order number and the phone number you gave at checkout.
- Can I return an item?
- Yes, within 7 days if unused. See returns and refunds.
